AS FEATURED IN
The images on your Vision Board aren't powerful simply because of what they depict.
They're powerful because of what they evoke within you.
Two images can represent the same desire.
But create a completely different response within you.
One makes you think:
That's me. I can see this.
Another makes you wonder:
Is this ever going to happen?
One pulls you in.
Another looks perfect on paper and you feel absolutely nothing.
And that matters more than you might realize.
Vision Board vs. Reality
I put Karma Kandara on my Vision Board. Months later, my husband was offered the role of Sales & Marketing Director for Karma Kandara and we relocated to Bali, all expenses paid.
I shared this Vision Board publicly in 2019. One year later, we moved into a home that looked almost identical to the image I had chosen.
From the open plan design, grey tiles, glass sliding doors leading to the lush backyard, even the kitchen island benches were identical.
These are just two examples of what I've manifested from my Vision Boards over the years.
I didn’t always create Vision Boards this way.
There was a time when I thought manifestation was largely about focusing more intensely on what I wanted.
Visualise it. Believe in it. Keep looking at it. And then somehow let it go.
So when something wasn’t manifesting, I assumed I needed to try harder.
I remember standing in front of one of my Vision Boards during a period when my financial reality looked very different to the life I was trying to create.
There was a huge mansion on it. A private jet. Meanwhile, my bank account was basically empty and my credit cards were maxed out.
And I remember looking at that board and noticing something.
I didn’t feel good.
I didn’t feel abundant or excited. I didn’t feel connected to this incredible future that was supposedly on its way to me. I felt frustrated. Doubtful.
And there was this little pang inside me saying:
Is this ever going to happen?
That moment led me to one of the most important realisations I’ve had in more than twenty years of working with manifestation:
Some of the things I was doing to try to align myself with what I wanted were making me more aware of the fact that I didn’t have it yet.
I was focusing on my desires, but I was also holding onto them too tightly.
Trying to believe. Trying to make something shift within me. Trying to make my manifestation happen.
But the harder I tried, the more attached I became.
A Vision Board can do the same thing.
It can be beautiful. It can contain exactly what you want. You can look at it every day.
And without even realising it, it can keep activating:
When is this going to happen?
How am I going to get there?
Why isn’t it here yet?
Or simply… the wanting.
Because there’s a difference between having a desire and being in a state of need around that desire.
You can deeply want something without spending every day wondering when it will happen. You can feel connected to a desire without holding onto it too tightly.
And you can use a Vision Board to strengthen your connection with what you want without turning the board into a daily reminder of what’s still missing.
That distinction eventually changed the way I created and used Vision Boards entirely.
So I started paying attention to a different question.
Not simply:
What do I want to manifest?
But:
How does this actually make me feel?
And that became the foundation for the three principles I now use when creating Vision Boards.
Inside the Vision Board Workshop
Connect. Refine. Feel.
Three principles from my complete Six-Step Vision Board process.
Learn to understand the energetic response your Vision Board creates within you.
The First Principle
Connect
Most people sit down to make a Vision Board and begin with:
What do I want to manifest?
The house. The money. The relationship. The successful business. The body. The car.
And before long, you have a beautiful board filled almost entirely with things you want to get.
There’s nothing wrong with that. But if your entire board is focused on what you want to get, it can keep you focused on wanting, needing and chasing what you don’t have yet.
Connect is about going deeper.
Sometimes the thing you want is pointing towards something more.
The way you want to feel. The kind of life you want to be living. The person you’re becoming.
Inside the Workshop, I’ll show you how I translate that onto a Vision Board.
The Second Principle
Refine
One of the biggest lessons my private-jet-and-mansion board taught me was this:
Something can look incredibly inspiring and still create the wrong response within you.
Bigger doesn’t automatically mean more powerful.
There’s a difference between something that stretches your idea of what’s possible, and something that makes part of you immediately think:
There is absolutely no way that’s happening.
And if that’s the response your board creates every time you look at it, it can leave you feeling more doubtful, disconnected or further away from what you want.
Refine is about becoming more aware of that difference.
Inside the Workshop, I’ll show you how I use that awareness when deciding what I want to focus on and place on my Vision Board.
The Third Principle
Feel
Then there’s the image itself.
Sometimes you find an image that technically represents exactly what you want and feel absolutely nothing.
Another image, perhaps one you weren’t expecting, makes you stop.
Something about it just pulls you in.
There’s that immediate:
Yes. That’s it.
Because the question isn’t only:
What does this picture show?
It’s:
The Most Important Question
What does this picture make me feel?
And this is where Vision Boards become much more interesting.
This is where Vision Boards become more interesting.
Once you begin paying attention to the response an image creates, you start noticing things you may never have considered before.
Why one image makes it easier to imagine yourself inside an experience while another doesn’t.
Why something you’re intuitively drawn towards can sometimes prove significant later.
And why, now that AI can create almost any Vision Board image you can imagine, more specific and more visually perfect doesn’t necessarily mean more powerful.
AI can be incredibly useful, but it introduces a whole new layer to image selection.
Inside the Workshop, I’ll show you what I look for when choosing imagery, including how I think about AI-generated images and what makes one image create a stronger emotional and energetic response than another.Inside the Workshop, I’ll show you one of my students’ extraordinary examples of this, and how closely the image she felt drawn to reflected what unfolded next.
And sometimes, you’ll be drawn towards an image before you understand why
This is one of my favourite parts of Vision Board work.
You feel the pull, then months later, what you want happens... and you realise there was a reason you felt so drawn to it.
It’s almost as though you were sensing your future before it arrived.
Inside the Workshop, I’ll show you one of my students’ extraordinary examples of this, and how closely the image she felt drawn to reflected what unfolded next.
Then I’ll show you how it all comes together
Once you understand Connect, Refine and Feel, I’ll take you behind the scenes of one of my actual Vision Boards.
I’ll show you what I put on it, what I was wanting to manifest at the time, why I chose some of the imagery I did and what happened next.
This particular Vision Board was followed by some extraordinary manifestations in my own life, including free round-the-world business-class flights and becoming fully booked in my coaching practice without paid advertising.
But when I look back at that board now, there’s something I find even more interesting than the individual things that manifested.
I’ll show you exactly what I mean inside the Workshop.
What happens when you start looking at your Vision Board differently?
Earlier versions of this Vision Board Workshop have been experienced by people around the world, and some of the messages I’ve received afterwards have been remarkable.
These are just a handful of the results and messages I’ve received from people who have experienced my Vision Board teaching.

I’ve used Vision Boards in every area of my life
Love. Money. Homes. Travel. Health. Pregnancy. Business. Visibility. Opportunities.
An image from my 2021 Vision Board, and my daughter Olivia born in 2022.
My own health, weight loss and physical transformation.
And I use Vision Boards just as intentionally in business.
I’ve used them around clients, opportunities, audience growth, visibility, media, income, profit and the kind of business I wanted to create.
Over the years, that’s included: doubling my website traffic in 30 days, increasing client applications by 57%, attracting more than one million website visits, and building an email community of more than 26,000+ people organically and being featured in over 26 media publications without any PR outreach.
And every manifestation I’ve shared with you here started as a picture on one of my Vision Boards.
This isn’t only for someone creating their first Vision Board.
You might be completely new to Vision Boards and want to understand how to create one in a way that feels clear, intentional and aligned from the beginning.
Or you may have been creating them for years.
You may even have a beautiful Vision Board sitting in front of you right now, but some parts still feel exciting while others have almost disappeared into the background.
Some images feel natural to imagine.
Others still bring up:
When is this going to happen?
This Workshop will help you look at your Vision Board with a much deeper level of awareness.
Meet Juliette Kristine
I’ve been working with Vision Boards and manifestation for more than twenty years.
During that time, the way I create them has become more refined, nuanced and informed by what I’ve learned about alignment, attachment, emotional connection and surrender.
Since beginning my coaching business in 2016, I've delivered thousands of private sessions, and today much of my private work is with founders, CEOs, 7- and 8-figure business owners, including leaders of major companies, ultra-high-net-worth individuals and members of billionaire families.
Vision Boards are a big part of the work I do with those clients. I regularly help them create and refine Vision Boards around what they want to experience in their lives and businesses, often in far more personalised and advanced ways.
And the foundations are the same ones I teach inside this Workshop.
My work has also been featured in more than 26 media publications, including Today, Women’s Health, Newsweek, Yoga Journal and Well+Good.
And after all those years, one question still comes back again and again:
How does this make me feel?
The Vision Board Workshop Experience
A more refined approach to creating Vision Boards, designed for deeper alignment, clarity and real movement.
Inside the Workshop, I’ll teach you Connect → Refine → Feel and show you how I apply these principles to real Vision Boards.
We’ll explore the desires you choose, how you relate to what you’re manifesting, the emotional and energetic response created by your imagery, the subtle details I consider when selecting images, the role of intuition, future-facing imagery, what AI changes about Vision Board creation, and how the process comes together in practice.
You’ll also see real Vision Boards and manifestation examples from both me and my students, including a full behind-the-scenes walkthrough of one of my own boards.
This Workshop will leave you with a different understanding of how to create and use your Vision Board.
A few questions you might have
Everything you might want to know before you begin.
-
A Vision Board, sometimes called a dream board, is a visual representation of the things you want to manifest, create or experience.
Its power doesn’t come simply from collecting pictures of everything you want and sticking them onto a board.
The images you choose, what you’re connecting with through them, and the response they create within you all matter.
-
For me, a Vision Board helps create a stronger emotional and energetic connection with what I’m manifesting.
But an image depicting something you want doesn’t automatically create that connection.
That’s why one of the central distinctions inside the Workshop is the difference between what an image represents and what it actually evokes within you.
-
Inside the Workshop, I'll take you through three principles from my complete Six-Step Vision Board process:
Connect. Refine. Feel.
We'll explore how to get clearer on what you want to manifest, choose imagery that creates a meaningful emotional connection, and become more aware of what your Vision Board is reinforcing within you.
These principles will give you a framework for approaching your Vision Board with greater intention, awareness and alignment.
-
Yes.
You don’t need previous Vision Board or manifestation experience.
The Workshop will help you create your first board with a much deeper understanding of what to focus on, how to choose imagery and what to pay attention to energetically, so you can avoid wasting time creating a board that looks right but doesn’t feel right.
-
No. This isn’t a basic Vision Board workshop.
It’s designed to deepen the way you think about Vision Boards energetically, including what you choose to place on them, how you select imagery and what your board is actually reinforcing within you.
You’ll come away looking at Vision Boards differently.
-
Yes.
AI has created some interesting new possibilities for Vision Boards, but being able to create an incredibly specific or visually perfect image raises questions about emotional connection.
I explore that inside the Workshop using a real example.
-
I’ve personally used Vision Boards across love, money, business, health, pregnancy, homes, travel, visibility, parenting and personal growth and my students and clients have used them across the same varied desires.
-
Absolutely.
I use Vision Boards around business manifestations that go far beyond money, including clients, audience, visibility, media opportunities, leadership and the kind of business I want to experience day to day.
