How To Deal With Fear & Negative Thoughts When Manifesting

Dealing with fear and negative thoughts when you’re manifesting is completely normal.
 

In fact, one of the MOST common questions I get asked as a Manifestation Coach is:
 

How do I stop my fearful and negative thoughts when I am trying to manifest something?
 

To help my clients (and myself) with this issue I have come up with a simple 4 step process that you can use anytime, anywhere to put fear in its place and have you feeling positive again!

4 Step Process for Dealing With Fear & Negative Thoughts When Manifesting


 

Step 1. BECOME AWARE
 

The first thing you need to do if you want to put fear and negativity in their place is to BECOME AWARE of the fact you are thinking and feeling negatively in the first place.
 

This is because when we become aware of something we then have the power to change it!
 

Plus, the more you practice becoming the watcher of your thoughts and emotions, the more quickly you will be able to catch and transform them.


 

Step 2. TAKE YOUR POWER BACK
 

After you have become aware of the fact that you are thinking negatively, step number two is to RECOGNISE that you are feeling the way you are feeling because -
 

YOU ARE FOCUSED ON WHAT YOU DON’T WANT.
 

That’s right.
 

Whether you are aware of it or not, you are actually focusing on an outcome that you don’t desire and that’s why you are feeling fearful and crappy!
 

BUT
 

THIS IS A GOOD THING!
 

Because when you realise this you also have the power to change it!
 

You see, as creative beings our power lies -
 

IN OUR ABILITY TO FOCUS!
 

This means, the more adept you can become at recognising your fears and negative thoughts when you’re manifesting, the quicker you can change your focus and the MORE GOOD THINGS YOU WILL MANIFEST!


 

Step 3. ASK YOURSELF
 

Once you realise that you feel the way you feel because of you are focused on what you don’t want and that you have the power to change that, step number three is to ask yourself:
 

What is it that I do want instead?
 

The minute you ask yourself this question and start to formulate an answer in your mind you will begin to feel RELIEF.
 

Because what you have just done is -
 

SHIFT YOUR FOCUS

FROM WHAT YOU DON’T WANT

TO WHAT YOU DO WANT.
 

And immediately the fear and negative thoughts around your manifestation will begin to subside!


 

Step 4. CONTINUE TO FOCUS
 

Now that you know what it is you want, and the fear and negativity have slipped away, step number four is to continue to focus on what you want!

There are a number of different ways you can do this, but my favourite is to create a Powerful Vision Board!
 

Because Vision Boards do 3 very important things;
 

They make you FOCUS.

They make you FEEL.

They change your FREQUENCY.
 

And that my friend is what is going to see you graduate from being a Mediocre Manifestor to a Mega Manifestor!
